What We Believe

Psalm 18:30

"As for God, His way is perfect!
The Word of the Lord is tested and tried;
He is a shield to all those who take refuge
and put their trust in Him." 

We believe that the Bible is the divinely inspired and inerrant Word of God, which reveals that Jesus Christ is God’s Son and that man is created in God’s image. Although all mankind has inherited a sin nature through the fall of Adam and Eve, God has provided a way to be forgiven, transformed, and delivered from that nature by the confession of and personal submission to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

We believe that once people have submitted to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, they begin a wondrous journey of learning to know Him and understand His ways through continual submissions to God’s desires versus their own. These submissions lead to a Christ-­likeness in daily life that impacts their world and glorifies the work of Christ’s cross; ultimately transforming individuals who once cared only for worldly enticements into those who are living only to glorify God through the power of the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus that is exerted over believers.

We believe that the ultimate goal of all believers should be to allow the Holy Spirit to empower them to overcome the ways of their fleshly nature and its worldly desires, and enable them to walk as Jesus did while on earth. This, in turn, prepares them to have the single focus of waiting and looking for His coming, while living His life of love to those around them as His representatives.

We believe that in these days God is about to arise and make those who surrender fully to Him a name and a praise in the earth. The world is about to experience men and women walking among them who live in Christ with God in heaven and in whom Christ and heaven live.
